Terms of Service

Welcome to Bravez ("Bravez," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bravez website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bravez LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company").

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

Bravez provides AI-assisted career coaching tools, including resume assessments, tailored resume generation, and access to optional live one-on-one coaching sessions, powered by Bravez AI.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: Bravez AI is trained on 15+ years of recruiting expertise, but AI-generated content may still contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it for job applications or any other purpose. Bravez does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview opportunities, or job offers as a result of using the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Credits

  • Certain features of the Service require payment, processed securely through Stripe. Bravez does not store your full payment card details.
  • Purchases of tailored resume credits are added to your account upon successful payment.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If your payment is processed in a different currency due to browser or regional settings, contact us and we will assist in resolving any discrepancy.
  • All sales are final. Because tailored resumes and assessments are generated and delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of a paid product, contact us at info@bravezcareers.com and we will investigate in good faith.
  • Live coaching sessions booked via Calendly may be rescheduled subject to the rescheduling policy stated at time of booking. All coaching session purchases are non-refundable.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the resume content, personal information, and other materials you upload or submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Bravez a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating your tailored resume, processing your assessment).

You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI systems;
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs commercially without our written consent;
  • Use another person's identity or payment information without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and underlying methodology, is owned by Bravez LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to Bravez's trademarks, branding, or proprietary systems, other than the limited right to use the Service as intended.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to AI processing providers, payment processors, and scheduling tools. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. Bravez is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BRAVEZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR JOB OUTCOME.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAVEZ LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAVEZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BRAVEZ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bravez LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting info@bravezcareers.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
