  • Payment information processed through Stripe (Bravez does not directly store your full card number)

  • Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken within the app) for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service
  • Device/browser information relevant to service functionality (e.g., browser locale, which may affect currency display at checkout)

c. Information from third parties:

  • Payment confirmation data from Stripe
  • Scheduling data from Calendly, if you book a coaching session

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Generate AI-powered resume assessments and tailored resumes based on the content you submit
  • Process payments and deliver purchased products
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., your tailored resume, receipts, account notifications)
  • Improve and maintain the Service
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How Your Resume Data Is Used with AI

When you submit a resume or career information, that content is processed using artificial intelligence technology in order to generate your assessment and tailored resume. We do not sell your resume data or personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account and resume data are stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and secure payment processing. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and resume data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@bravezcareers.com. Some information may be retained as required by law (e.g., payment records for tax/accounting purposes).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service, including AI processing providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and scheduling tools
